I stayed here my first time in London for about 5 days. The location was perfect—I could see the tube station from my window, and lots to see within walking distance. The room itself was small, but since I was traveling solo, it was perfect. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff was really nice and so helpful. They offer a lovely continental buffet breakfast, plus tea, coffee, and water are always available in the lobby. Another thing that you don’t usually see—there is a mobile phone available in the room for you to use. This was a huge, unexpected surprise because I was not traveling with mine, so it was really helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, cleanest rooms, so modern, fresh linen every day on request and fresh towels on request every day! Gorgeous breakfast and the politest staff, pretty much anything you need they will cater for! Will definitely be back many more times!
