EARLY CHECK-IN
Check-in starts from 15:00 and early check-in is subject to availability of room upon arrival. However, you can store your luggage at reception for free of charge until check-in.
LATE CHECK-IN AFTER 15:00
Our reception is open for 24 hrs. So, you can check-in any time after 15:00 on the day of check-in.
NON- SMOKING ROOMS
We would like to inform you that all rooms in hotel are non-smoking.
Window
We would like to inform you that all rooms have window.
UPPER FLOOR ROOMS
Assigning of room is subject to availability of room upon arrival. However, we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Luggage Storage
You can store your luggage at reception for free of charge before check-in and after check-out to be collected on the same day.
Please note that if you want to store your luggage for longer period of time then we charge £5.00 per bag / per night.
(Mowbray Court Hotel is NOT liable for loss of damage to the said property as a result of fire, theft, ordinary or gross negligence, or otherwise unless it shall appear that the loss or damage was caused by a willful act or misappropriation on the part of the hotel or its employees. Mowbray Court Hotel is authorized to deliver the property to any person presenting the luggage slip - without identification. If for any reason, Mowbray Court Hotel shall be liable for loss or damage to said property, its liability may be limited by law.)
Lower Ground Floor Rooms
Your request for room not on the ground floor and lower ground floor can be noted. But allocation of room is subject to availability of room upon arrival. However, we will try our best to accommodate your request.
ROOM NEXT TO EACH OTHER
Your request for room next to each other can be noted. But allocation of room is subject to availability of room upon arrival. However, we will try our best to accommodate your request.
EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT
We would like to inform you that Check-in starts from 15:00. Early check-in is subject to availability of room upon arrival.
Check-out is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out is chargeable of £10 per hour.
However, you can store your luggage at reception for free of charge before check-in and after check-out to be collected on the same day.
We will try our best to accommodate your request.
LATE CHECK-OUT AFTER 15:00
Late check-out is subject to avalibility therefore please check with us in advance.
Also, late check-out is chargeable of £10 per hour and is subject to availability of rooms.
However, after check-out at 12:00 noon, you can store your luggage at reception for free of charge.
LUGGAGE FOR OVERNIGHT
You can store your luggage at reception for overnight which is chargeable of £5 per bag per night.
TRANSPORTATION
Unfortunately, we do not provide private transportation from airports to hotel
But on your checkout day if you want taxi to airport or during your stay if you want a taxi from hotel we can book it for you at hotel reception.
Our hotel does not provide shuttle transfer from/to airport.
You can take direct taxi service from Airport to Hotel. Cost will depend on no. of person and no. of bags you have.
TRANSPORTATION FROM HEATHROW
The best way to get to hotel is by Underground tube service (Piccadilly line) from Heathrow airport to Earls Court Station. From here it's less than 5mins walking distance.
Come out on Earls Court road walk towards your right and then again right walk straight and you will see the hotel with flags.
TRANSPORTATION FROM GATWICK TO HOTEL
You can take train Thameslink going towards Bedford and get off at Blackfriars Station.
Then from Blackfriars take underground District line and get off at Earl’s Court Station.
2nd option
Take Southern Line train going towards London Victoria and then change to District line and get off at Earls Court.
From here it's less than 5mins walking distance. Come out on Earls Court road walk towards your right and then again right walk straight and you will see the hotel with flags.
TRANSPORTATION FROM STANSTED AIRPORT
You can take direct taxi service from Airport to Hotel. Cost will depend on no. of person and no. of bags you have.
2nd option
if you want to use public transportation then you will have to take National express bus from Stansted airport to Victoria COACH station.
From Victoria station you need to take underground train District line and get off at Earl’s Court Station.
From here it's less than 5mins walking distance. Come out on Earls Court road walk towards your right and then again right walk straight and you will see the hotel with flags.
TRANSPORTATION FROM LUTON AIRPORT
You can take direct taxi service from Luton Airport to Hotel. Cost will depend on no. of person and no. of bags you have.
2nd option
if you want to use public transportation then you will have to take National express bus from Luton Airport to London Finchley Road Station.
From London Finchley Road Station you need to take underground train and get off at Earl’s Court Station.
There will be a change of 2 underground trains to get to Earl’s Court Station.
From here it's less than 5mins walking distance. Come out on Earls Court road walk towards your right and then again right walk straight and you will see the hotel with flags.
CAR PARKING
Unfortunately, we don’t have car parking.
But the nearest car parking is on 47 Lillie road in IBIS hotel Earls Court. Its 5 mins drive from our hotel.
PACKAGE DELIVERY
You can post your package at hotel address.
If we receive your package, we will collect it and handover to you upon your arrival.
Please note: The package should be on the same name as in reservation.

UNDER AGE
As per the hotel policy children below 18 years need to be accommodated by parents or guardians.
If the child is traveling without parents then, parents need to send us writen authorization along with parent’s photo ID copy. Declaring that the child is minor and will stay alone.
